Payroll and Compliance

As a Senior HR Associate at our ISO-certified firm based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for handling PF, ESIC & statutory compliance, driving employee engagement & retention initiatives, aligning HR operations with business objectives, monitoring HR budget, enhancing HRIS/ATS systems, analyzing employee retention and attrition metrics, and overseeing daily HR operations & administration. To excel in this role, you should be familiar with Indian labor laws and statutory filings, have hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS/ATS), and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & documentation skills. We are looking for a qualified candidate with an MBA in HR and 2 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
