Job Summary: -


Key Responsibilities: -

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries at the front desk.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and drafting emails.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and important documents.
  • Handle data entry and report preparation using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and meeting notes as required.


Required Skills: -

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    and

    Google Sheets

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Good computer operation and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal

Qualification: -

  • Must be a

    Graduate

    (any stream).
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
