Job Summary: -


Key Responsibilities: -

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Generate leads through various channels and successfully close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.


Key Requirements: -

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and market dynamics.
  • Excellent lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute business growth initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
