Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Oracle OTM Apps Techno-Functional Consultant

with strong experience in data migration and end-to-end OTM implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration and performance of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support full-cycle Oracle OTM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Design and configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
Develop and maintain OTM integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, and web services.
Perform data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom solutions within OTM.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across OTM modules.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 4 years in Oracle OTM.
Strong techno-functional expertise in OTM modules and architecture.
Proven experience in data migration projects including legacy data extraction, transformation, and loading into OTM.
Hands-on experience with OTM configuration, workflows, agents, and automation.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and integration tools (SOA, BPEL, REST/SOAP APIs).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud OTM is a plus.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Oracle certifications in OTM or related modules.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
