Oracle Tech Architecture and Middleware-Oracle Technical -Manager

As an Oracle Manager at EY, you will be responsible for the team and business operations within your area of responsibility. This includes people & delivery management, sales enablement, and project oversight of staff augmentation projects. Your accountability extends to fulfilling business goals, meeting budgets, maintaining strategic direction, and ensuring the quality of delivery by consultants within their engagements. You will be based in India and will oversee an increasingly diverse Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practice across the globe. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations. - Managing functional, technical solutions, and Reporting. - Overseeing people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement. - Holding profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice. - Accountable for operational/financial/people metrics and overall business results of competency. - Developing strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives. - Resolving staffing issues in complex engagements. - Serving as an advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements. Qualifications Required: - 10 - 16 years of relevant experience including 5 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience. - Functional professional with 5+ ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager on at least 3 full-cycle implementations. - Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle EBS or Cloud applications. - Knowledge in Oracle platforms like VBCS, Workflows, OAF, and OIC is beneficial. - Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and more. - Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level. - Masters or higher degree is highly desirable.,
