Role -

Exp - 12 to 18 Yrs

Position - Permanent FTE

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Mode: Hybrid (In-person interview required)

Client - 38 Yr old MNC company

12+ years in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits & Absence Mgmt. Strong skills in PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, Workflows, REST API, Data Migration & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, support, and enhance
Oracle HRMS modules Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Time Management.
Gather requirements, design solutions, develop, test, and troubleshoot both standard and custom functionalities.
Work on Forms Personalization, OAF extensions, PL/SQL, Reports, Workflows, REST API, BI Publisher, and Unix scripts.
Provide business support during month-end close activities across HRMS modules.
Perform Data Migration and Integrations with third-party applications.
Collaborate with business users for clarifications, requirement finalization, and solution adoption.
Mentor and guide team members on HRMS best practices.
Deliver solutions with strong analytical, problem-solving, and domain expertise.
