BIG 4 IT CONSULTING IS HIRING IN BIG NUMBER FOR BELOW ROLE

Call:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
custom reports and dashboards
using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics.
Perform
data conversions
using
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
and
Spreadsheet Loader
.
Develop and manage
integrations
between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based methods.
Create and maintain
Fast Formulas
for Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, and Compensation logic.
Manage and support
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
, custom roles, and security profiles.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support
quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
and regression testing.
Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data anomalies.
Proven experience with
multiple HCM modules
: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent, etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
