Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience, your role will primarily focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and Fast Formulas within Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Core HR Implementation:** - Configure and customize Core HR modules to meet client-specific requirements. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. - **Absence Management:** - Configure absence types, rules, and policies for effective absence management. - Implement absence accrual and carryover calculations and integrate with time and attendance systems. - **Fast Formulas:** - Ensure accuracy and efficiency of HR calculations using Fast Formulas. - **Business Requirement Analysis:** - Gather and analyze business requirements focusing on Core HR, Absence Management, and Fast Formulas. - Document detailed functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. - **Technical Implementation:** - Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to client-specific requirements. - Develop and customize data conversion scripts and interfaces, assist in testing activities. - **Integration:** - Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems and troubleshoot integration issues. - **Support and Maintenance:** - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. - Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM releases and patches. - **Knowledge Transfer:** - Train and mentor team members on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and contribute to the knowledge base. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. - Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, and Fast Formulas modules. - Proficiency in developing and using Fast Formulas, data migration, and integration processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,
