As a Finance Function Consultant, your role will involve assessing the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations. You will be responsible for understanding and designing finance processes, recommending improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls. Working closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function, and securing buy-in from all relevant stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. In addition, you will actively contribute to business development by providing proposals, solutions, diagnostics, etc. You will also provide solution inputs, design overall solutions, and interfaces required with other systems. Acting as a point of contact for the stream, you will liaise between business users and the Implementation team. Interacting with business leads to gather requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud, collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, testing, re-working, and sign-off, and work with business leads to implement the developed solution will be part of your responsibilities. Leading functional solution design to address clients" business requirements and managing the documentation of the functional application processes and user procedures will also be part of your role. Professional & Technical Skills required: - Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Experience (AP, AR, Tax) is essential. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. - Being self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands, is crucial. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving are highly valued.,
