Oracle Financials Techno Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Financials Techno Functional Consultant, your role will involve providing Techno Functional Support for Oracle Applications 11i / R12 and its customized versions for the client. This includes key support in GL (F&A accounting issues, Account Analysis, Reconciliations, Month End/Period Closure Activities), AP, AR, CM, and Eb-Tax. You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and resolving tickets on a daily basis using IT Support Ticketing tools, ensuring SLAs are met. Your responsibilities will also include being well-versed in Oracle Apps tables related to Finance modules and writing queries, working independently on Interface related issues, interacting with IT Support Vendor and other stakeholders, and supporting Knowledge Management within the team. Adherence to quality processes and security policies is essential, along with excellent communication skills for client interactions. Rotational shift basis support, including night shifts, will be required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Under graduation with a major in Computers.
