Oracle Enterprise Content Management Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the installation, configuration, and upgrade processes of Oracle ECM systems, ensuring optimal performance and integration. Your expertise in Oracle ECM, UCM, WFR, IPM, and WebLogic Server will be utilized to troubleshoot performance and storage issues, optimize database performance, and provide customized solutions in WFR and Oracle Capture to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the installation, configuration, and upgrade processes of Oracle ECM systems. - Provide technical expertise in Oracle UCM, WFR, ECM, and IPM while managing middleware through Oracle WebLogic Server. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows and Linux server environments. - Optimize database performance related to ECM applications. - Develop and implement customized solutions in WFR and Oracle Capture based on business requirements. - Integrate ECM applications with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other third-party applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ECM solutions with business goals. - Document processes and provide user training for efficient system utilization. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle ECM systems. - Strong technical expertise in Oracle ECM, UCM, WFR, IPM, and WebLogic Server. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux server environments. - Experience in database performance tuning and storage optimization for ECM applications. - Ability to develop and implement customized solutions in WFR based on business needs. - Experience with integrating ECM systems with SOA and other third-party applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
