Oracle EBS Manager

As an Oracle ERP Technical Architect at our company, your role will involve providing technical and architectural guidance for the Oracle ERP system. You will be responsible for setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and designing/implementing techno-functional solutions to meet various business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise staff to ensure that projects are properly prioritized and support issues are addressed in a timely manner - Collaborate with the Global applications Manager to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all geographical locations in support of business operations - Coordinate functional requirements with Business Analysts to ensure clear understanding and work with the development team to design technical solutions that meet these requirements - Mentor, evaluate, resolve conflicts, and recognize staff to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team - Collaborate with the Oracle ERP DBA team to clone, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, and tune the E-Business Suite and its components as needed for business user testing and troubleshooting - Participate in planning Production rollouts with the IT management team to minimize downtime and ensure coordinated outage planning - Serve as a liaison between upper management, business users, and other IT Departments on Oracle applications related topics - Evaluate emerging database-related technology capabilities for potential inclusion in our tech stack based on cost-effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Strong technical background in Oracle ERP system architecture and development - Experience in providing guidance and support for Oracle ERP systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders - Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members effectively - Knowledge of database technologies and their application in enterprise systems Join our team to contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our Oracle ERP system while working with a motivated and supportive team environment.,
