Job Requirement

    Project Role: Oracle EBS – Sr. Finance Functional Consultant
    Project Role Description: Oracle EBS Finance Support and Implementation
    Work Experience: 5+ years
    Work Location: Bangalore

Technical Expertise

Must Have Skills:

    Experience in 3–6 Oracle EBS Implementation/Support Rollout projects in Finance modules – GL, AP, AR, FA, India Localization GST.
    Experience in Order Management and Inventory.
    Strong experience in Month End and Year End Closures.
    Experience with various Oracle Interface Processes.
    Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills in support projects.
    Good knowledge of entire O2C and P2P flow; experience in GL, Receivables, Payables, and GST.
    Ability to assess impact on design & solution due to periodic patches or new functionality implementation.
    Strong business communication and customer management skills.
    Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
    Flexible in working hours for India late evening/night overlap.
    Customer-focused with a proactive and responsive approach.

Good to Have Skills:

    Certifications in EBS Finance Modules.
    Advanced Excel skills for performing reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

    Work on assigned support project tickets related to Finance Modules.
    Assist Finance Senior Management Team for Month End and Year End activities.
    Support Internal and External audit teams for quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly audits.
    Gather requirements for development projects and provide solution options.
    Monitor Finance Modules related tickets and ensure timely resolution.
    Act as the primary point of contact for customers on Finance Functional topics; facilitate relationships and provide guidance to support team members.
    Identify root causes of issues, resolve them, and suggest best practices.
    Proactively identify areas that may generate tickets and resolve them to reduce ticket creation.
    Work independently and continuously upgrade skills within your expertise.
