Oracle Database Administrator

As an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with over 3 years of hands-on experience, your role will involve managing and optimizing Oracle databases. Your expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate, SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning will play a crucial role in ensuring the high availability of database systems. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, or later). - Configure and manage Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery. - Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for database replication and real-time data synchronization. - Optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for improved database performance. - Conduct database tuning, indexing, and query optimization to enhance system efficiency. - Perform regular backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning and execution. - Ensure database security, user access management, and compliance with security policies. - Work closely with development teams to provide database solutions and resolve performance issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. - Maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases. - Expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate. - Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, database tuning, and optimization. - Experience in backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery solutions. - Knowledge of database security best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with onsite/offsite teams. - Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.,
