We’re looking for an Operations Team Lead who can handle people, processes, and a little bit of the unpredictable without breaking a sweat.

• Lead day-to-day operations across teams—think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything moving.
• Work closely with founders on planning, compliance, and execution of big-picture goals.
• Own partnerships, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure tasks don’t slip through the cracks—whether it’s investor updates, legal paperwork, or figuring out why the office WiFi keeps dropping.
• Help the team scale operations as we grow from “beta cool” to “mainstream essential.”

• You love building systems but can thrive in a little bit of startup chaos.
• You believe good operations aren’t about bureaucracy—they’re about clarity.
• You can translate “we need it yesterday” into actual, doable timelines.
• You balance being people-friendly with being outcome-focused.

• Worked in startups and understand how fast things move.
• Managed investor or partner communications before.
• Experience in compliance, contracts, or scaling up operational processes.
• Been the “calm center” of a very chaotic storm.
