Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager Intern who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about operational workflows in the education consultancy sector. The intern will support the operations team in managing daily activities, streamlining processes, coordinating with students and universities, and ensuring smooth execution of admissions and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Coordinate with students, counselors, and university representatives for timely updates.
• Maintain and update student databases, application trackers, and admission pipelines.
• Support in handling documentation, application submissions, and visa process coordination.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing, counseling, and admin teams to align operations with business goals.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools (Trello/Asana/Notion preferred).
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
