As an Academic Counsellor (cum Telecaller) at University Insights, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic and career counseling to students. Your primary role will involve guiding students in selecting suitable universities and courses, as well as assisting them throughout the study abroad process. You will have the opportunity to engage with students on a daily basis, answering their inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and offering tailored advice to support their academic journey. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising. Excellent communication abilities are essential to effectively interact with students and provide them with the necessary guidance. A solid understanding of the field of Education is crucial for offering informed advice to students. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills to maintain effective communication with students through phone calls and emails. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in academic advising or career counseling would be advantageous in this role. This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida, requiring you to work closely with students to help them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
