Role & responsibilities

1. Upgrade Management: Plan, execute, and manage upgrades of OpenText Archive Center systems, ensuring minimal business disruption.

2. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for upgrade processes, including step-by-step guides and troubleshooting manuals.

3. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of upgraded systems to ensure functionality and performance.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful upgrades.

5. Training: Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on new features and changes post-upgrade.

6. Reporting: Generate detailed upgrade reports summarizing work performed, system status, and any issues encountered

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in upgrading and managing OpenText Archive Center systems.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

3. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple upgrade projects simultaneously.

4. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during upgrades.

6. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: OpenText product certifications or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory

2. Additional Skills: Familiarity with SAP Document Management Tools, Enterprise Scanning, Workflow, and BPM.

3. Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
