Office Administrative Assistant

As an Office Admin at our Education and Immigration Consultants based in South Delhi, Lajpat Nagar 2, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with their application process, visa requirements, and other documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Counselling students and parents on various education and immigration matters - Understanding students" profiles and recommending suitable university programs - Providing continuous support to students throughout the admission process - Maintaining an organized database of students - Attending seminars hosted by universities - Verifying the authenticity of students" documents - Assisting students in filling out application forms, preparing financial documents, and completing visa applications - Helping students craft exceptional and genuine Statements of Purpose (SOP) The ideal candidate for this role should possess exposure to the education industry, preferably in international education and immigration sectors. Interns or freshers are welcome to apply. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a high command over the English language, and the ability to work confidently and professionally. Working from home for two days a week is a possibility in this role.
