Odoo Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Functional Consultant at our company, your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients to understand and validate their business requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to align these requirements with the standard features and functionalities of Odoo ERP. Additionally, you will be conducting training sessions, participating in project meetings, delivering demos to clients, and providing updates on project progress and deliverables. - **Work directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements** - **Map customer requirements to standard Odoo ERP features and functionalities** - **Conduct training sessions with customers either over the phone or in person** - **Attend project meetings and provide updates on project activities** - **Give demos to clients to showcase Odoo ERP capabilities** - **Provide status reports on project progress and deliverables** - **Minimum 1+ years of experience in Odoo** - **Proficiency in Odoo versions 11 to 17 Community and Enterprise Edition** - **Good understanding of business processes, sales, and accounts** - **Previous experience in Odoo implementation** - **Quick and autonomous learner** - **Excellent planning and presentation skills** - **Ability to influence customers to adapt new business practices** - **Skilled in managing scope and expectations with customers** - **Strong analysis and problem-solving skills** - **Proficient in the English language** In addition to the above requirements, you must have the ability to manage day-to-day client interactions effectively.,
