OCP Support & Platform Engineering (Platform Analyst)
Role Focus: Advanced Troubleshooting, Change Management, Automation Experience: 6 yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Analyze and resolve platform issues related to workloads, PVCs, ingress, services, and image registries.2. Implement configuration changes via YAML/Helm/Kustomize.3. Maintain Operators, upgrade OpenShift clusters, and validate post patching health.4. Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps teams for build & deploy troubleshooting.5. Manage and automate namespace provisioning, RBAC, NetworkPolicies.6. Maintain logs, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, EFK, Grafana).7. Participate in CR and patch planning cycles.8. Core Tools & Technology Stack9. Container Platform: OpenShift v4.x, Kubernetes10. CLI Tools: oc, kubectl, Helm, Kustomize11. Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos12. Logging: Fluentd, EFK Stack, Loki13. CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton14. Automation: Ansible, Terraform15. Security: Vault, SCCs, RBAC, NetworkPolicies
