Job Description

Handle Non-IT recruitment for multiple clients, preferably with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment consultancies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Accounts, HR, Admin, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals (Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database regularly.
Support onboarding activities and assist in pre-joining formalities.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within given timelines.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
