At 4Tuners Technologies, we specialize in building robust web and mobile solutions. We’re currently looking for a Node.js Backend Developer who can architect and maintain scalable backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

If you're confident in backend systems and have a good grasp of frontend concepts, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and work on impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate backend systems with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to design API contracts and data flows.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code with best practices.
• Handle deployments and manage server environments (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel).
• Debug and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Thorough knowledge of Express.js, REST APIs, and middleware.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
• Sound understanding of frontend architecture, especially how APIs are consumed in React.js apps.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Socket.io, or microservices.
• Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth).
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Testing experience with tools like Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
