As we scale our team, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive / Manager to lead our people operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building company culture, leading end-to-end recruitment, and managing day-to-day HR functions in a collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, contracts, and compliance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through team engagement activities and feedback loops.
• Support performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations.
• Address employee concerns with empathy and in alignment with company policies.
• Coordinate training, development, and upskilling opportunities.
• Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or tech company.
• Proven experience in IT/tech recruitment is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HR tools, recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and ATS systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Knowledge of remote work policies and virtual team management.
• Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) is a bonus.
