About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Node.js Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices while ensuring optimal performance and security of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for high-performance and secure data exchange.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, or similar frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps for project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in database management — MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (preferred).
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in frontend integration (React.js / Angular).
• Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹66,896.56 per month
