Job Title: Java + Node.js Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Java + Node.js Developer who has a strong understanding of business logic and hands-on experience with both Spring Boot (Java) and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Spring Boot and Node.js
● Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, product managers) to deliver robust applications.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
● Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
● Stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously improve skills.
Key Requirements:
● Strong grasp of business logic and ability to translate it into technical workflows.
● 2+ years of experience in backend development using Java/Node.js.
● Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
● Proven hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Java) and Node.js.
● Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
● Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify frameworks).
● Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
● Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and non-blocking I/O.
● Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Exposure to microservices architecture.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
● Knowledge of frontend technologies (React/Angular) for better collaboration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
