Node JS Developer

We are seeking a Node JS Developer who will understand the need to achieve a balance between innovation and the most appropriate solution for our clients. One should be passionate about their work, eager to learn and grow, and who is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 5+ years of experience in developing back-end applications using Node.js.

● Strong experience with Express.js or NestJS for building scalable APIs.

● Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming (e.g., promises,

async/await).

● Expertise in database management and integration with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

● Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or

Passport.js.

● Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and GraphQL.

● Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.

● Experience working in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, and

working closely with cross-functional teams.

● Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills:

● TypeScript experience for writing type-safe Node.js applications.

● Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven development

● Experience with unit testing and integration testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.

● Understanding of serverless architecture and working with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.

● Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for message queuing or caching.

● Familiarity with NestJS's advanced features like decorators, guards, interceptors, and

middleware.

● Exposure to DevOps practices or tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker for

container orchestration.

● Knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect for secure third-party integrations.
