Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at C4 CLOUD, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure in Calicut, Kerala. Your passion for networking and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networks. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with ISPs to address disruptions, invoices, and last-mile issues. You will also be expected to provide L1/L2 support, escalate critical incidents when necessary, and meticulously document resolutions. In addition to managing network logs, reports, and equipment inventory, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS (preferred) along with CCNA/CCNP certification. Your experience in networking and ISP management, coupled with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, and firewalls, will be key to your success in this role. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to optimize network performance. Previous experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, network monitoring tools, and IT support will be advantageous.
