Network Administrator L2 / L3

As a Global Network Administrator L2 / L3, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of a complex, hybrid on-premise and cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain LANs, WLANs, and WANs - Manage and configure Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices - Support SDWAN appliances for high availability and security - Configure Wi-Fi access points and ensure OS is up to date - Support UCaaS voice platform for call quality and stability - Implement and maintain network protocols such as BGP, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, DNS, and DHCP Troubleshooting & Support: - Diagnose and resolve network-related issues - Ensure proper configuration of out-of-band appliances - Utilize network packet sniffer software for connectivity issues - Provide technical support to application teams and end-users Network Performance Monitoring: - Monitor network performance and device up-times - Proactively detect and address network performance issues - Review Layer 3 MAC and ARP Tables, Spanning-Tree, and NetFlow Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain network SOPs and supporting documentation - Update network interface descriptions for rapid identification - Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements Required Skills: - Experience in LANs, WLANs, and WANs - Knowledge of SDWAN architecture and Voice solutions - Understanding of DHCP and DNS protocols - Good network security practices - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure - Hands-on experience with network hardware - Proficiency in troubleshooting principles and methodologies - Preferred certifications like CompTIA Network+ and Cisco CCNA,
