Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Architect with 10-15 years of overall IT experience, including at least 8-10 years in Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Customer Service module and exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps + Power Automate). This position is based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement end-to-end MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
Develop integration architecture connecting Dynamics with other systems using Azure APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Understand non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, and security.
Configure, manage releases, and ensure DevOps processes (CI/CD).
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and lead teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8-10 years in Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience as a Solution/Technical Architect on at least two end-to-end CRM implementations.
Strong exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps + Power Automate).
Skilled in integration architecture and connecting Dynamics with other systems.
Solid experience in preparing HLD and LLD documents.
Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or MB-600, PL-400, or PL-200 certification is preferred.
Bonus: Azure Solutions Architect certification is desirable.
Candidates with Health domain exposure are preferred.
