You are a Moodle Developer with expertise in custom development and deployment of Moodle-based learning management systems (LMS). Your responsibility will include taking charge of Moodle-related projects, from technical implementation to performance optimization, in alignment with business and academic requirements. - Develop, customize, and extend Moodle features and plugins based on project needs. - Manage Moodle installation, configuration, and upgrades. - Enhance Moodle performance, security, and database management. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Implement best practices for Moodle hosting, backup, and scalability. - Lead Moodle-related projects to successful completion. - Make informed technical decisions regarding architecture, integrations, and development roadmaps. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure Moodle solutions meet business objectives. - Provide technical guidance to educators, administrators, and internal teams. - Create user-friendly documentation and training materials. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Moodle LMS development and deployment. - Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery. - Experience in Moodle theme development, plugin customization, and API integrations. - Familiarity with LMS hosting, server configurations, and cloud deployment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Expertise in user authentication, security, and access controls within Moodle. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. - Excellent communication skills for leading technical discussions.,
