MLOps | DevOps | Cloud Engineer

As a MLOps | DevOps | Cloud Engineer at EG, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the cloud infrastructure for deploying AI models at scale. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS for AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. - Automating deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and model updates to ensure continuous delivery and integration. - Deploying ML models, managing model versioning, updates, and rollouts, and monitoring AWS resource utilization, performance, costs, and backups. - Setting up logging and alerting, reviewing system logs to track issues and errors, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents. - Optimizing resource utilization on AWS, balancing performance and cost-efficiency, and monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues related to AI models, data pipelines, and infrastructure. - Collaborating closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to translate ML models into production-ready solutions and ensuring compliance with security policies and data governance standards within AWS infrastructure. - Staying updated on advancements in ML Ops, cloud engineering, and AI deployment best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in ML Ops, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles, preferably with AWS cloud services. - Strong expertise with AWS infrastructure and related tools such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFormation. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration, scripting (Python, Bash), and automation frameworks. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, infrastructure-as-code practices, and understanding of ML lifecycle management, model deployment, and optimization. - Good problem-solving skills, operational stability, and scalability focus. Good to have skills include experience with AI/ML models in cloud environments, background in support or chatbot deployment scenarios, familiarity with security and compliance standards in cloud environments, and leadership in managing cross-cultural, international teams within agile environments.
