Hyderabad, Telangana IN Department Product & Engineering Job Role ‍ We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of telecom domain metrics, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. What you'll be responsible for? ‍ Report Automation: Develop and maintain automated reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, and other tools to streamline reporting processes.
Telecom Metrics Analysis: Analyse telecom domain metrics to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
Data Visualisation: Create dashboards and visualisations to track key performance indicators and trends.
Statistical Analysis: Apply basic statistical methods to analyse data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication: Present data findings and insights to stakeholders through storytelling techniques, ensuring clarity and understanding.
‍ Qualification and other skills ‍ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in an MIS Analyst role, preferably in the telecom What you'd have? ‍ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings effectively.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of telecom domain metrics and key performance indicators.
