MIS Analyst

We are looking for an experienced MIS Professional with expertise in Google Sheets and Looker Studio to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating insightful dashboards, and ensuring the seamless flow of management information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Utilize Google Sheets to create dynamic spreadsheets, manage data, and perform advanced calculations.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for MIS processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, scripting, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of Looker Studio, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and connectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in an MIS or data analysis role is highly desirable.
