Job Title: Azure Cloud Administrator

Location: Remote

Shift: Rotation Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Environment Management:

• Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure resources such as Virtual Machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage accounts, and load balancers.
• Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user accounts, groups, and permissions via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Ensure all cloud resources are configured, secured, and monitored properly.

Automation & Scripting:

• Develop and implement automation scripts using

  PowerShell

  and

  Azure CLI

  to manage infrastructure, optimize workflows, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Automate routine tasks (e.g., scaling VMs, patch management) using

  Azure Automation

  .

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices across Azure resources, including setting up

  Network Security Groups (NSGs)

  ,

  Azure Firewall

  , and encryption solutions.
• Configure and manage

  Azure Security Center

  to protect infrastructure from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Ensure the organization's Azure environment complies with necessary regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Set up and maintain

  Azure Monitor

  and

  Log Analytics

  for real-time performance tracking and alerting.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to performance, security, and configuration.
• Create custom dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into cloud infrastructure health.

Cost Management and Optimization:

• Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, using

  Azure Cost Management

  tools to monitor and control expenditure.
• Set up cost alerts and budgets to prevent budget overruns.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement and monitor backup strategies for all critical Azure resources.
• Design and test disaster recovery solutions using

  Azure Site Recovery

  to ensure minimal downtime during outages.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, security, IT support) to ensure cloud resources meet operational and business needs.
• Create detailed documentation for system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Dynamics 365 ALM Process:

• Dynamics 365 Integration: Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with the Azure cloud environment, ensuring proper communication between cloud resources and business applications.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for seamless deployment of updates and patches to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an

  Azure Administrator

  or in a similar cloud administration role.
• Solid experience with

  Azure services

  such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway), and Azure Storage (Blob, File, Disk).
• Hands-on experience with

  Dynamics 365

  , including deployment, customization, and lifecycle management.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Azure portal

  ,

  Azure CLI

  , and

  PowerShell

  for cloud management and automation.
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Understanding of

  Azure Security Center

  and security best practices for cloud resources.

Cloud Management Tools:

• Experience with

  Azure Monitor

  ,

  Log Analytics

  , and

  Azure Automation

  .
• Knowledge of

  Azure Cost Management

  and optimization techniques.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

  is preferred.
• Other certifications such as

  Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)

  or

  Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303/304)

  are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hybrid cloud experience

  (Azure + AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  serverless technologies

• Experience with
