About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager to lead our paid social media advertising efforts on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in building campaigns that drive high-quality leads, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, formats, and audience segments to improve results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
• Manage budgets, bids, and schedules for campaigns efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
