Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and analytical MES Engineer joining our team in Bengaluru, India. Your role is crucial in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production efficiency and quality. You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions to improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate MES with systems like ERP, SCADA, and PLCs. Analyzing production data and generating reports will help identify areas for improvement. Troubleshooting and resolving MES-related issues is essential to minimize downtime. Your responsibilities also include developing and maintaining documentation for MES processes and procedures. Providing training and support to end-users on MES functionality is part of your role. Staying up-to-date with the latest MES technologies and industry trends is crucial. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects is expected. Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in MES implementation and support - Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and their applications - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and SQL - Experience with database management and industrial automation systems - Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems - Knowledge of ERP integration with MES - Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Industry 4.0 concepts - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - MES-specific certifications (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware) preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment,
