We are looking for a dedicated and skilled MERN Stack Developer to be part of our growing in-house team. Job Description We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate must be strong in React.js and Node.js, with a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Implement responsive UI components and robust backend logic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with both frontend and backend development Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Must be willing to work from office Nice to Have : Experience with Git version control Familiarity with MongoDB performance tuning Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: React: 1 year (Required) Node.js: 1 year (Required) Location: Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person
