Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
Work with Next.js for server-side rendering and modern front-end architecture.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
Maintain code quality, organization, and documentation.
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
Participate in code reviews, sprints, and team meetings following Agile/Scrum practices.

Required Skills and Qualification

Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Hands-on experience with Next.js for SSR and advanced front-end development.
Solid understanding of API development, authentication, and security best practices.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3–4 years of professional experience as a MERN Developer.

Good to have skills

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or deployment tools (Docker).
Experience with CMS integration and GraphQL.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
