We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience, strong expertise in Docker, GitHub/Bitbucket, and proficiency in Python for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack and experience in Python-based data manipulation and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to build scalable web applications and perform data analysis that informs key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for data integration and retrieval.
• Use Docker to containerize applications and manage deployment pipelines.
• Perform data analysis using Python, leveraging libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web development with data-driven features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Utilize version control systems (GitHub/Bitbucket) for efficient code management and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and Python for data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Python data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Proficiency with Git and experience using GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
