Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience, strong expertise in Docker, GitHub/Bitbucket, and proficiency in Python for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack and experience in Python-based data manipulation and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to build scalable web applications and perform data analysis that informs key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Design and implement RESTful APIs for data integration and retrieval. Use Docker to containerize applications and manage deployment pipelines. Perform data analysis using Python, leveraging libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web development with data-driven features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems. Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews. Utilize version control systems (GitHub/Bitbucket) for efficient code management and collaboration. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and Python for data analysis. In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB. Experience with Python data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment. Proficiency with Git and experience using GitHub or Bitbucket for version control. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of security best practices in web development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai). Understanding of Agile methodologies.
