Job description - MEP Execution 1. Design Review & Coordination: Reviews MEP design drawings and documents for compliance with technical requirements, safety codes, and functional needs. 2. Quality & Technical Evaluation: Assesses MEP material and equipment submittals for technical compliance. 3. Construction Monitoring: Supervises on-site MEP installation work to ensure quality and adherence to schedule. Resolves technical queries and monitors daily progress. 4. Quality Assurance & Control: Conducts inspections, snagging, and ensures rectification of defects. 5. Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, sewage treatment. Fire Fighting: Sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, extinguishers. ELV Systems: BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address systems.
