We are hiring customer Service/ Inside sales/ Telesales/ Voice process for our multiple clients & Processes. The job location could be Kolkata And Mumbai .

Mandatory Conditions to apply-

Candidate must be 12th Pass/ UG/ Graduate
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Must have excellent convincing skills
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Position Title:

Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Solving quires of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.
