Manage a team of 4 staff members, ensuring day to day operations meeting the target and deliverable of the program implementation on the ground
Support in the Financial liteacy workshop session to the batch , Digi Locker app Installation and seeding of documents which will happen continuously throughout the project.
o Approaching the Target Group GiG workers , Drivers and Farmer convince them to attend the training sessions and form the batch as secondary responsibility in case no batch mobilized is found ready
When required Mobilize and facilitate the training the target group on Digital and Financial Liteacy and Ensuring 100% deliverables of the training and operations on field in the target location
o Coordinate and manage the training learning & distribution of material to the trainees and maintain the record
o Conduct the Pre-Post assessments and capture the training feedback from the beneficiaries
o Prepare the weekly- monthly reports of beneficiarydata and capture the training feedback, case studies and Testimonials.

Requirements
Minimum Graduate with 3-5 years of Relevant work experience, Proven for self-driven, result-oriented

having two two-wheeler, open to traveling
Benefits
