Qualifications - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years. - Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in manual testing techniques, designing and executing test cases effectively. - Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Agile testing practices. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in handling and mentoring teams, conducting one-to-one meetings, and providing constructive feedback. - Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and improving testing skills.
