As a Manager Test and Validation based in Bengaluru, you will undertake a full-time, on-site role where your primary responsibility will encompass the oversight and management of testing activities. Your duties will revolve around the formulation and execution of test strategies, the creation and evaluation of test cases, and the assurance of product quality and reliability. A key aspect of this role involves leading a team of test engineers, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining open and effective communication with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a range of qualifications and skills, including proficiency in Test Execution and Testing, expertise in Test Management and Test Strategy development, the ability to craft and assess detailed Test Cases, strong leadership capabilities for effective team management, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficient communication abilities essential for liaising with cross-functional teams. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with prior experience in the industrial technology sector considered a valuable asset.,
