Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects, including Oracle
EBS (23 implementations) and Oracle Fusion (12 implementations).
Drive project activities such as solution design, data migration, integration, andchange management.
Conduct To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces,Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) Management.
Define and execute data migration strategies and lead integration testing and user
acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Provide expertise in one or more Oracle ERP modules Financials, SCM, HCM ortechnical areas such as OTBI/BIP, OIC, or APEX.
Effectively manage a team of functional/technical consultants and ensure timelyproject delivery.
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide optimal ERPsolutions.
Support pre-sales and sales efforts including solution presentations, proposalpreparation, and client interactions.
Foster strong team collaboration and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
