What You'll Do

  • Translate client goals into clear operating plans, metrics, and weekly targets
  • Configure and manage Pipeline playbooks for research, scoring, and message personalization
  • Operate and optimize workflows across LinkedIn, email, and CRM-adjacent tools
  • Build reporting that quantifies impact on key client metrics
  • Train client teams on best practices and facilitate enablement sessions
  • Identify process gaps, design experiments, and implement continuous improvements
  • Partner with product and engineering to share structured client feedback
  • Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • MBA with at least 2 years of post-MBA consulting or customer-facing delivery experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
  • Hands-on comfort with spreadsheets, data tools, and automation platforms
  • Experience creating executive-ready decks and presenting client updates
  • A sense of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability in client interactions
  • Flexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zones

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or RevOps
  • Experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or managed services
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, or marketing automation tool
