Mainframe Developer (Java/.Net/Python/DB/Cloud)

we are hiring for MNC client(CMMI 5) & Its FTE/Permanent position.

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in modern technologies such as Java, .Net, Python, Databases, and Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mainframe systems while also being proficient in integrating, modernizing, and developing applications using contemporary tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  mainframe-based applications

  with integration to modern platforms (Java/.Net/Python/DB/Cloud).
• Perform

  coding, debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy systems to

  cloud and open platforms

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices

  .
• Prepare

  technical documentation, design specifications, and user manuals

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  complex production issues

  in mainframe and integrated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in

  Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2)

  .
• Hands-on experience with one or more modern technologies:
  

• Java / .Net / Python

• Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.)

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience in

  application modernization, system integration, and API development

  .
• Good knowledge of

  SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices

  .
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
• Should be ready to join immediately or with 15 days notice period.
• Should have Min 60% cut off in the bachelor’s degree
• Should not have had a career break.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools

  .
• Exposure to

  Microservices and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  .
• Familiarity with

  mainframe modernization tools and frameworks
