What You’ll Do

Be the
first responder
for technical issues related to Magento e-commerce applications.
Troubleshoot
Linux servers
,
cloud infrastructure
,
web performance
, and
database
challenges.
Resolve customer queries while keeping SLAs and timelines in check.
Represent customers internally—be their voice with product and engineering teams.
Handle high-priority incidents and critical outages with calm, confidence, and clarity.
Share knowledge via
KB articles, internal docs, and product forums
.
Conduct internal sessions to reduce recurring issues.
Participate in weekend/off-hours support rotations.

What You Bring

2+ years
in cloud or enterprise software support.
Strong command of
Linux CLI
,
Apache/NGINX
,
Redis
,
DNS
,
CDNs
, and
SSL
.
At least
2+ years of hands-on Magento Commerce Cloud
experience preferred.
Expertise in
MySQL
, writing complex queries, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with
Node.js
,
Perl
,
Java
, or
Python
.
Sharp troubleshooting instincts—especially in
web infrastructure
and
performance diagnostics
.
Excellent communication in
English
—both verbal and written.
Customer empathy and ability to
calmly handle escalations

Willingness to be
on-call
